Yoga is a wonderful practice to explore self and to feel great about yourself. Most people can feel intimidated at first but know that this studio is a non judgmental enviornment that fosters learning and growth.
There are many styles of yoga and based on the teacher you may learn many kinds but there are only two types of yoga.
Hatha and Vinyasa
Hatha Yoga is holding the yoga postures for a period of time
Vinyasa Yoga is flowing through the postures in a sequence
Our classes are a mixture of the two types from beginner to advanced to receive all the benefits of the two.
